Regent has acquired Avon North America from South Korean conglomerate LG H&H. This move reunites Avon North America with Avon International under single ownership for the first time in eight years.

Regent, a global investment firm founded by Michael A. Reinstein, had already purchased Avon’s international operations across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East from Natura & Co. in January 2026. The Brazilian group Natura & Co. continues to operate the Avon brand in South America separately.

Leadership and strategy

Lisa Siders will become CEO of the combined Avon entity. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Avon International and Regent’s Operating Partner for Avon. Her appointment is effective upon the transaction’s closing, which is expected on September 1.

"Avon has an extraordinary history, but its future will be built by what we do next," commented the incoming Chief Executive Officer. Siders stated her priority is to strengthen the business for its next phase of growth. This will involve better products, sharper execution, and a stronger market connection.

Owner's vision

Michael A. Reinstein, Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Regent, emphasized the importance of the North American market. "America is where Avon began and central to where Avon goes next," he said. Reinstein noted that as Avon’s largest market, it will play a defining role.

He argued that bringing the divisions together provides clearer ownership and a shared strategy. "Our job now is to put the scale of the combined business behind better products, sharper execution and a stronger earning opportunity for the people who sell them," Reinstein stated.

LG H&H exit

With the sale of Avon North America, LG H&H intends to focus on its core global priorities. The South Korean conglomerate will concentrate on its K-beauty and retail operations. The deal allows it to exit the direct-selling beauty market in North America.

The unification under Regent aims to create a more focused and connected business. The goal is a stronger foundation for growth and a brand experience that earns loyalty. The company's future now rests with its combined leadership team.
